🌸 “Bloom & Grow” is a program designed to help 10 women discover their true potential and move closer to their goals. Over the course of 2 months, in a non-judgmental space, participants will have the opportunity to uncover their unique purpose, define their values, and set meaningful goals. Through supportive group coaching, targeted exercises and individual coaching sessions, we will help women cultivate confidence, well-being, and create a clear roadmap for their future.

28/09/24 Session 2: Overcoming Limiting Beliefs (Finding Your Vision) 🔍
12/10/24 Session 3: Cultivating Self-Compassion 💖
26/10/24 Session 4: Creating a Vision for the Future 🌅
One-on-One Coaching Sessions: Each participant will receive 2 individual coaching sessions to assist in self-exploration and achieving their goals. These sessions will adhere to International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards. 🎯

💶 Participation Fee: 80 euros for one person and 60 euros for students. The fee is for the entire program to help cover the cost of the venue and to support the work of IWNE and its volunteers
📍 Place: Sessions will be held at Koidu Keskus, with one-on-one coaching sessions available online or offline, depending on participants’ preferences
⏱️ Time: 10.00 – 13.00
